Stephen has several years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has extensive knowledge of East Bay vacancies, rent, and absorption rates. He stays informed on current trends in the market by studying economic predictions and building on his relationships within the brokerage community.

Stephen’s emphasis on tenant representation has allowed him to develop a focused and competitive advantage for each of his clients. He has expert knowledge in the Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland and Alameda office space markets which enables him to advise his clients of the best options that are available for their next office move. Stephen’s knowledge of laboratory space extends throughout the Bay Area, helping him service clients from Richmond to Fremont and San Francisco to the Peninsula.

Stephen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in American Studies, with concentrations in American Business and Urban Development. While at UC Berkeley he was a scholarship letter-winner for the University of California Varsity Baseball Team. He is also a current member of the California Alumni Association and Big C Society.
