Stephen joined Aegis in 2008 as part of the Aegis Research Department. He has developed a very extensive knowledge of the vacancies, rent, and absorption rates of the Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville, and Oakland market places. This includes detailed analysis of over 25 million square feet. His hands-on approach towards research has allowed him to be constantly abreast of changing trends in the market. Stephen’s focus on tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales has allowed him to help develop a significant and comprehensive competitive advantage for his clients.
Prior to joining Aegis Realty Partners, Stephen was a scholarship letter-winner for the University of California Varsity Baseball Team. Since graduating, he has focused his efforts into expanding his knowledge of the East Bay marketplace.
Education
Stephen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in American Studies, with concentrations in American Business and Urban Development. He is also a member of the California Alumni Association.
