Matthew Elmquist (Matt) joined AEGIS Realty Partners in 1996. Since that time, Matt has completed lease and sale transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Matt concentrates his efforts on knowing the Bay Area real estate markets, the tenants, investors, brokers, financiers and transaction makers.

Prior to joining AEGIS, Matt spent five years with the Real Estate and Construction Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and specialized his practice in all aspects of real estate including acquisition, leasing, management, financing, development and construction. This experience allows Matt to find creative economic solutions to real estate leasing and investment transactions while providing sound analysis to his clients.
