As an Associate Director, Sean provides consulting and marketing services to the Aegis client base, with a focus on representing companies with a need to renegotiate or restructure lease agreements as well as expand or relocate their office facilities in the East Bay. By leveraging extensive knowledge of East Bay vacancy and rental rates, Sean can provide strategic advice to his clients based both on short-and long-term real estate trends.
Sean believes in a client-first approach – by listening to the exact requirements of the client and executing on deliverables, he continues to grow his East Bay client base.
Prior to joining Aegis, Sean spent over a year working for the San Francisco Dragons of Major League Lacrosse. He helped the team grow from the ground up into a contender in its inaugural season.

Sean has a B.A. in American Studies from Colby College in Waterville, ME
