Scott Stone joined Aegis Realty Partners in 1997. Now a partner in the firm, he has successfully negotiated over $100 million of real estate deals. Clients such as Children's Hospital Oakland, Avigen, and Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean have recognized Scott as a person who exceeds expectations. Scott, recognized as Legacy Partners Broker of the Year in 2001, always believes in putting his clients' needs first.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Aegis, Scott spent seven years in the sales arena working with Fortune 1000 companies. Between 1993 and 1997, Scott was at CompuServe where he developed new accounts such as Fireman's Fund Insurance, American President's Lines and Bechtel. Prior to that, Scott spent three years at IBM converting new and competitive accounts to IBM products. Scott has leveraged his experience with Fortune 1000 decision makers in the real estate community, and his
experience in delivering technical, financial and market - oriented presentations complements his real estate career.

Education
Scott has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
