Aegis Realty Partners started working with Ask Jeeves, now www.ask.com, when Ask Jeeves was only a company of five people in a West Berkeley warehouse conversion building. During Ask Jeeves’ pre-IPO phase they had explosive growth that required facilities with flexible expansion options. Ask Jeeves started with 40,000 square feet and was able to grow incrementally to 76,000 square feet. Ask Jeeves became the most dynamic growth company in the East Bay.
