Avigen, www.avigen.com, is a biotech company developing and commercializing innovative drugs for the treatment of chronic neurological conditions.
Avigen hired Aegis Realty Partners to assist in the relocation of their headquarters and to upgrade space. Aegis negotiated a deal with the building next to Avigen’s existing location that created an additional 25,000 square feet of space. Aegis Realty Partners secured a ten year deal direct with the landlord. Avigen moved its headquarters to 1301 Harbor Bay Parkway and built it out into the Bay Area’s premier lab space.
