Client Profile: Discovery Channel Store

Discovery Channel Store, www.discovery.com, had evolved in West Berkeley through its roots as “The Nature Company.” Aegis Realty Partners conducted a comprehensive search through the East Bay from Richmond to Hayward. After reviewing dozens of alternatives, Aegis Realty Partners identified a new re-hab factory building in West Berkeley that included parking. This facility combined the creative environment of Discovery Channel Store with the practical need for an upgraded space, all within two blocks from its flagship store. Discovery Channel Stores occupied four buildings in West Berkeley’s 4th Street area.
