Eatec Corporation, www.eatec.com is an Emeryville based software company who needed to relocate their offices to accommodate company growth. Eatec required a location that allowed for future expansion without an immediate financial commitment. Aegis Realty Partners was able to negotiate a deal whereby Eatec’s rent is based on current space needs rather than the actual (larger) size of the suite. Aegis was able to leverage the relative softness in the office market and competition among landlords to secure below market rent for “plug and play” office space. This was Aegis Realty Partners second lease transaction with Eatec.
