Ex’pression Center for New Media, www.expression.edu, is a digital and recording arts school now headquartered in Emeryville, California.

Aegis Realty Partners completed the search for an optimal facility to house Ex’pression’s state of the art digital media and recording studios. In addition to the abnormal power and acoustic requirements, Ex’pression also required extensive parking. After several months and a search that spanned as far as Livermore, Ex’pression made it’s new home at 6601 Shellmound in Emeryville.
