Based on the lease expiration date,
MedAmerica did not have a lot of
time to build out space and install
furniture. This “plug and play”
alternative was a perfect solution.
MedAmerica had a lease expiring in downtown Oakland and could not find the right economics in a relatively tight market. After an analysis of employee commute patterns, Aegis determined that the softer Emeryville market may be appropriate for MedAmerica. The aggressive economics in a superior building made Emeryville the right choice.
In early 2007 MedAmerica was in need of expansion space. Due to the constrained market in Emeryville, Aegis worked on behalf of MedAmerica to secure a sought after space within the existing building.
