2201 Broadway recently came under the new ownership of Metrovation. Aegis worked on behalf of Metrovation as the exclusive landlord representative. Metrovation was in need of quick occupancy for the half leased building. Due to the large Class B vacancy rate, AEGIS had many other spaces to compete against in the Oakland market.
