Onyx Pharmaceuticals was in the midst
of a strategic shift in their business.
They needed to move from a suburban
laboratory and of ce environment to a
more professional business address.
They wanted to keep capital costs low
yet have exibility to grow without
delay. Aegis was able to find the right
combination of “plug and play” space
with room to expand.
Aegis has represented Onyx in over
37,000 total square feet of space.
In late 2006 Aegis Realty Partners
worked on behalf of Onyx Pharmaceuticals
to solve their expansion needs. Onyx
Pharmaceuticals was able to capture a
portion of functionally obsolete space
which had been leased by Oracle. Aegis
was able to assist Onyx by converterting
the facility to accommodate growth for
new clinical trials.
