Aegis represented Pacific Properties in the purchase of 30,000 ft of entitled land from David Taylor Interest in 10/04. The site is entitled for a 15 story tower and 112 units. The current use of the site is a parking lot with a few abandoned buildings. The Jack London Square market has been extremely active with industrial conversion and infill building for residential and Pacific Properties units should be available early 2008.
