Transaction Summary: Aegis
conducted a Bay Area search for the
relocation of a 330,000 square foot
campus. The campus includes studios,
offices, animation development and an IT
center.
The city of Emeryville required a full
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and
general plan change. The site also
required traffic and circulation
mitigation. The site requirement included
a specialized need for an executive
helicopter pad. Aegis interfaced with city
officials to satisfy all of these and other
requirements.
