heavy engineering infrastructure.
Sendmail, Inc., www.sendmail.com, makes software that is used in a majority of email servers around the world. Aegis Realty Partners identified an ideal fit and Sendmail was able to “piggy back” off the infrastructure built by Sybase in Emeryville. This large software engineering facility was the perfect space to provide a critical server room and furniture. Aegis Realty Partners was also able to negotiate for Sendmail a structure “pay as you grow” lease that provided flexible rates.
