University of Phoenix was seeking a new location which would included easy access to parking, as well as, flexible hours to access the building. Because University of Phoenix conducts classes during regular business hours and evening hours, they needed a building that could accommodate this need. After an extensive search led by Aegis Realty Partners, University of Phoenix decided to reside in 1200 Clay Street in Oakland, California.
