Wendel, Rosen, Black and Dean were eight and half (8.5) years into a ten (10) year lease term and occupied the top two (2) floors of 1111 Broadway. They required a ten (10) year renewal and wanted expansion space for growth and hired Aegis to negotiate with their landlord. The deal structure reduced the last year of their lease by thirty-five percent (35%) and secured rates for the next ten (10) years. Wendel, Rosen, Black and Dean received tenant improvement dollars and the expansion space was completely built out to their specifications. Aegis Realty Partners were also able to remove partner personal liability from the lease.
