Matt Nebel joined Aegis Realty Partners in 2010 as an Associate Broker.  Prior to Aegis, Matt negotiated Business-to-Business sales for ChasePaymentech, a division of JP Morgan Chase Bank, and led business development at BCCI Construction Company, a San Francisco company focused on building and restoration of structural interiors.

Matt was born and raised in the East Bay, which gives him extensive knowledge and understanding of the Oakland area and beyond.  He is a self-starter and uses his strong interpersonal skills to forge strategic relationships and achieve his clients’ goals. 

Matt has taken a keen interest in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.  The LEED Green Associate credential will give him an in-depth understanding of the benefits of leasing a LEED Certified Space.

Matt graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2006 with a B.A. in Economics and an emphasis in Business. He is currently a member of the University of Colorado Boulder Alumni Association.
