EMERYVILLE, Calif., June 16, 2004 – Loansoft, Inc., a provider of sales automation and loan origination systems for the residential mortgage industry, signed a 9,200 square foot sublease at 1608 4th Street in Berkeley. Loansoft locked in a four year lease that will commence August 1, 2004. Matt Elmquist and Alan Bernier of Aegis Realty Partners brokered the deal, representing the subtenant. WebMethods, Inc., based in Fairfax, VA is the sublandlord.

Founded in 1993, Loansoft, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of GHR Systems, Inc., a provider of loan origination and processing technology. The company will be relocating its offices from 2930 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley. The new office space will accommodate their overall employee growth due to increasing sales.
