Burhnham and Brown To Stay Put In Oakland

Local law firm Burnham and Brown recently renewed its lease at 1901 Harrison for 40,000 square feet. The law firm has deep roots in Oakland as it was started in a Victorian in West Oakland in 1899. This is a significant tenant and the loss would have been great. They are located in the Lake Merritt district of Oakland and have about 45 attorney’s on staff. It appears the transaction was complete last month by local real estate firms.
